Professional Experience
Courtney Holliday began working at Sullins, Johnston, Rohrbach & Magers as a part-time law clerk while attending law school full-time. While in law school, Ms. Holliday served as Secretary of the Women’s Law Association, attended the Baylor Academy of the Advocate at St. Andrews, Scotland, and participated in three national moot court competitions: Southern Illinois National Health Law Moot Competition, Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition, and the National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition. Ms. Holliday also served traditionally under-represented populations by enrolling in the Asylum and Human Trafficking Clinic and the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Clinic at South Texas College of Law Houston. During law school, Ms. Holliday interned at the Court of Appeals First District of Texas under Chief Justice Sherry Radack.
Ms. Holliday works with the firm’s general civil litigation group. She practices family law, including contested divorces, child custody disputes, and adoption. Ms. Holliday also dedicates a portion of her practice to contracts, real estate disputes, corporate law, business litigation, civil trial law, estate planning, probate, and guardianship.
