Erin Rinehart began working at Sullins, Johnston, Rohrbach & Magers as a full-time law clerk while attending law school in the evening part-time. While in law school, Ms. Rinehart served as an Associate Editor for the Texas Journal of Business Law and authored a publication in Volume 48 Issue No. 2.
Ms. Rinehart works with the firm’s general civil litigation group. Her practice includes business litigation; commercial and civil litigation; Mechanic’s and Materialmen’s liens; wills and probate law; and commercial insurance litigation.
Ms. Rinehart’s recent projects include representation of clients in connection with trademarks, collections, contracts, real estate disputes, and mineral interests in oil & gas. While working with the firm’s general civil litigation group, Ms. Rinehart has represented clients in breach of contract actions, partnership disputes, real property disputes, royalty disputes, and claims under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. In addition to her law practice, Ms. Rinehart enjoys golfing, water sports, and spending time with her Chinese Shar Pei, Bella.
