Professional Experience
Before beginning the practice of law, Mr. Medearis had a business career as Vice President of a machining company which manufactured a diversified range of highly-engineered industrial products. He began his law career with Sullins Johnston Rohrbach & Magers in December of 2003. Mr. Medearis’ primarily handles commercial litigation with an emphasis in construction, real estate, and other business related matters. His clients include real estate developers, contractors, suppliers, and international shipping companies. He also represents commercial and residential property owners in a wide range of real estate, insurance, and mortgage disputes. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Medearis is an active real estate investor and teaches Business Law as an adjunct instructor at San Jacinto College.
