PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Gaskamp joined Sullins, Johnston, Rohrbach & Magers in August of 2007 as a fulltime clerk while attending South Texas in the evening. Upon graduation and acceptance to the Texas Bar, he accepted the position as an associate attorney at SJR&M. Mr. Gaskamp’s practice includes representation of corporations as well as individuals in civil litigation and transactional matters.
Recently Mr. Gaskamp has represented clients in connection with oil and gas liens and foreclosures, negotiation of oil and gas leases, and real estate transactions. Mr. Gaskamp has also represented healthcare providers in obtaining reimbursement from commercial health insurance carriers, employers and individuals. He has also represented companies and individuals in a variety of employment disputes, including defamation and discrimination claims. Mr. Gaskamp also provides individuals and families with estate planning advice and drafting of wills and trusts to meet his clients’ needs.
