Johnson joined Sullins, Johnston, Rohrbach & Magers in January of 2004 as a member of the Lien Recovery Unit, focusing primarily on the protection and assertion of clients’ rights and interests arising under the Texas Hospital Lien Statute. Mr. Johnson worked full time in the Lien Recovery Unit while attending law school part-time in the evenings. After serving as the Coordinator of the Lien Recovery Unit in 2006, Mr. Johnson accepted an associate position with the firm in January 2007. Today, Mr. Johnson’s practice also includes general civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on hospital lien matters and healthcare provider reimbursement.
